Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and transparent as possible. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.
  • Missing Items: If any item(s) from your order are missing upon delivery.
  • Returns due to Change of Mind: Accepted on a case-by-case basis, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within the return window.

NOTE: Items such as books, activity kits with opened seals, used products, and customized orders are not eligible for return.

2. Return Window

You must initiate a return request within 7 days of receiving the product. Requests beyond this window will not be entertained.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at noiiettoys.official@gmail.com or call us at 1234567890 with the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos or video (in case of damage or defect)
  2. Once approved, we will:
    • Arrange a reverse pickup (if available at your location), OR
    • Request you to send the product to our return address

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, tags, and invoice.

4. Refund Policy

a. Refund Method

Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking) within 7–10 business days.

b. Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • For non-defective returns (change of mind), return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.

c. Refund Rejection

Returns may be rejected and sent back if the product:

  • Shows signs of use or damage not caused during delivery
  • Is missing original packaging, parts, or invoice
  • Is returned after the return window

5. Exchanges

We offer free replacements for defective or damaged items, subject to stock availability. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund.

6. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may return the item after delivery, following our return process.
