At NOIIET, we are committed to delivering safe, reliable, and timely shipping of high-quality educational toys to children and students across India. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when your orders will be delivered.
1. Serviceable Locations
We currently deliver to most pin codes across India through our trusted courier and logistics partners.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed on the next business day.
- During high-volume periods (sales, festivals), order processing may take an additional 1–2 days.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, you can expect delivery within:
- Tamilnadu: 2–4 business days
- Other Status: 4–7 business days
Note: Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on local conditions or courier delays.
4. Shipping Charges
- Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be charged.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) may incur an additional handling fee, if applicable, and is available only in Tamilnadu.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier details.
- You can track your order status under “Track Order” on our website or via the courier’s tracking portal.
6. Packaging
All products are securely packed in tamper-proof packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged or tampered package, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
7. Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)
- Our courier partners will attempt delivery only one times.
- If undelivered after delivery attempts or if the address/contact number is incorrect, the order may be returned to us.
- In such cases, re-shipping can be arranged at an additional cost.
8. Delays and Exceptions
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Natural calamities, strikes, pandemics, or unforeseen logistics issues
- Incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer
We will, however, assist you in tracking and resolving such cases as quickly as possible.
9. International Shipping
We currently do not ship internationally. Stay tuned as we plan to expand our delivery network in the future.
