Affiliate Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in the NOIIET Affiliate Program. These Affiliate Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your participation in the affiliate program offered by NOIIET, operated by [Your Company Name] (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to abide by these terms and all applicable laws.

1. Eligibility

To join the NOIIET Affiliate Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Operate a valid website, blog, YouTube channel, social media account, or digital platform that complies with all applicable laws and our brand values.
Submit a truthful and complete affiliate application.
Be approved by the NOIIET Affiliate Team.

We reserve the right to reject or revoke any application at our sole discretion without obligation to disclose reasons.

2. Program Overview

Upon approval, you will receive a unique affiliate ID or referral link. You can share this link through your content platforms to promote NOIIET products. When a user clicks your link and makes a qualifying purchase, you earn a commission based on the terms defined below.

3. Commission Structure

Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on the net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, and cancellations) generated through their unique referral link.
Commission rates may vary for promotional periods or specific products.
Commission will be credited only for completed and non-returned orders.
Orders canceled, refunded, or returned within the return window are not eligible for commission.

4. Payment Terms

Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis after a 30-day validation period from the order date.
Minimum payout threshold: ₹500.
Payments will be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other supported digital payment methods.
It is the affiliate’s responsibility to provide accurate payment information and fulfill any tax obligations under Indian law.

5. Promotion Guidelines

You agree to:

Promote NOIIET products truthfully and ethically.
Not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or unauthorized discounts.
Not promote NOIIET through paid ads using NOIIET brand keywords (e.g., bidding on “NOIIET”, “NOIIET toys”, etc.).
Not misrepresent your relationship with NOIIET.
Not offer cashback, rewards, or incentives to users without prior approval.
Avoid using offensive, harmful, or illegal content in association with NOIIET promotions.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

6. Use of Branding and Content

Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NOIIET-provided banners, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of driving sales.
You may not alter brand assets or represent yourself as an employee, partner, or agent of NOIIET.

7. Tracking and Attribution

Our system uses cookies to track user referrals. The default cookie duration is 30 days from the user’s first click.
If a customer clears cookies or makes a purchase outside the attribution window, the sale will not be credited.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the program at any time, with or without cause, including:

Breach of this Agreement
Fraudulent or suspicious activity
Misuse of brand assets or false claims

You may also terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice.

Upon termination:

Your affiliate links will be deactivated
You will no longer earn commissions
Any unpaid commissions for validated orders will be processed as per payment terms

9. Limitation of Liability

NOIIET shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the affiliate program, including loss of revenue, commissions, or business opportunities.

10. Modifications

We may update or change these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any major changes via email or dashboard announcements. Continued participation in the program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
